Structure

The KRSCP (Kingston and Richmond Safeguarding Children Partnership) consists of a small Executive Group, the Strategic Leadership Team and the following subgroups:

• Local Learning Review Subgroup
• Learning and Development Subgroup
• Vulnerable Child and Adolescent Subgroup 
• Quality and Innovation Subgroup

All the subgroups work jointly across Kingston and Richmond and have strong multi-agency representation. 

The Partnership is chaired by Ian Thomas, Chief Executive Kingston Council.
