The Child Death Overview Panel (CDOP) is a subgroup of the Kingston and Richmond Safeguarding Children Partnership (KRSCP) and is a joint arrangement between Kingston and Richmond’s Safeguarding Children's Partnership. Through a comprehensive and multidisciplinary review of child deaths, the Joint CDOP aims to better understand how and why children in Kingston and Richmond die and use the findings to take action to prevent other deaths and improve the health and safety of children across the boroughs and the bereavement support and follow-up available to their families.
