Meet the members of our team:

Daksha Mistry, Partnership Manager

Daksha Mistry is our Partnership Manager. Daksha has a background in youth work, family centres and the development and delivery of safeguarding training. Daksha’s responsibilities include managing the work of KRSCP and promoting effective joint working across the multi-agency partners to help safeguard children. Daksha manages the KRSCP team and supports the work of the Learning & Development subgroup and the Vulnerable Child and Adolescent subgroup. 

Tracey Welding, Deputy Partnership Manager

Tracey is our Deputy Partnership Manager where she leads on supporting the quality and innovation, and early help workstreams. Tracey also leads on reaching out to faith, community, and voluntary sector groups. Tracey has over 20 years’ experience working and supporting in early years. 

Sarah Bennett, Partnership Coordinator

Sarah is our Partnership Coordinator where she supports a range of activities including child safeguarding practice reviews. Sarah also coordinates the local child death review processes and acts as single point of contact for child deaths in Kingston & Richmond. Sarah is committed to safeguarding vulnerable members of our society and has a range of relevant professional and voluntary experience which she brings to her role. 

Lucy MacArthur, Education Safeguarding Coordinator

Lucy is our Education Safeguarding Coordinator. Lucy has worked in a strategic role in education specialising in special educational needs since 2009. She was a chair of a governing body and served as an independent member on the fostering panel for both Kingston and Richmond. Lucy enjoys supporting school leaders to achieve outstanding practice and she understands the multiple demands on school staff having worked in both primary and secondary settings locally.
